CSTC was founded by Berny and Jenn as a space where supervisors and supervisees can feel supported, connected, and confident in their growth. 

Based in Alberta, we offer an innovative and integrative approach to clinical supervision and consultation, designed to simplify the process, save you time, and provide clarity.

Meet Berny!

Hi there! I’m an Aussie-Canadian psychologist who’s all about connection and building community. Growing up in rural Australia taught me a lot—like how to handle life’s curveballs (and the occasional snake!), but also how to value honesty, hard work, and a good laugh. Over the years, I’ve learned the power of reflecting on my own experiences, unlearning old habits, and embracing inclusivity in everything I do.

When it comes to supervision, I bring the same energy I do with my clients: a mix of collaboration, encouragement, and a genuine belief in your potential. My goal is to make the supervision process as smooth and stress-free as possible so you can focus on building your confidence, finding your style, and growing into the therapist you want to be.

Meet Jenn!

Hi! I’m a Canadian psychologist with a knack for connecting with people and creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and supported. As an adoptee, I grew up in a middle-class family, learning the values of hard work, education, and treating others with kindness. While my upbringing came with many privileges, it also gave me a unique perspective on what it means to navigate challenges around themes of belonging and independence. My love for international travel has been a huge part of shaping who I am - it’s taught me to embrace different perspectives, celebrate diversity, and appreciate the interconnectedness of us all. 

I bring these lessons, along with a healthy dose of curiosity and openness, into my work with clients and supervisees. My goal is to create a safe and empowering space where differences are welcomed, experiences are shared, and we grow together. For me, it’s about co-creating a meaningful journey where you feel inspired in developing into the professional you aspire to be while making the supervision process as straightforward and supportive as possible.
